ESIX Entertainment and Sports are proud to be the official insurance program administrators for the Iowa Soccer Association, Nebraska State Soccer Association, Kansas Youth Soccer Association, and Missouri Youth Soccer Association.

The information contained in this summary is intended to serve only as an outline of the various insurance coverages.  Reference will be made to the respective policies for complete details and the terms, conditions, limitations and exclusions of coverage.

The current General Liability, Excess Liability, and Participant Accident Insurance programs have an effective date of September 1st 2007 through September 1st 2008.  The General Liability and the excess liability coverages are written with Philadelphia Indemnity Insurance Company.  The participant accident coverage is written through AIG.
