Tournaments / Notification to Travel / Guest Player Forms

This page is designed to allow you to find a tournament, submit a Notification to Travel (Travel Permits) or submit a Guest Player Form for Iowa, Kansas, Missouri or Nebraska. Step 1 Find a Tournament, select the state of the tournament or the state you want to consider for a tournament. Find a Tournament - Select the State   Select One Iowa Kansas Missouri Nebraska    Step 2 If you select a tournament that is outside of your home state you will need fill out a Notification of Travel (Travel Papers) from your home state. Select your home state below. Notification to Travel - Select the State Select One Iowa Kansas Missouri Nebraska    Step 3 If you are going to use Guest Players (players from other team) for the tournament, you must fill out the proper forms with the state that the Guest Player primary team is registered.
